Returns Policy: 

All sales are final!

thoughtful bags does not accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped. Everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed!

  • If there was a mistake or confusion while placing your orders, please email thoughtful bags to help further resolve the problem BEFORE the products are shipped out!
  • You will have 7-10 days before your order is shipped, so please make sure to catch the mistake and contact thoughtful bags right away!

thoughtful bags is not responsible for lost/damaged packages.

thoughtful bags does not accept order returns or exhanges after products were shipped, and recieved, there are Covid-19 precautionary reasons!

If an issue with an order that was placed months prior to the day the consumer is emailing/contacting thoughtful bags, we cannot take further actions. If the shipment was already sent out and ended up lost, that is out of thoughtful bags control. As stated above, "thoughful bags is not responsible for lost/damaged packages."

If the wrong Item was shipped to you by mistake, email Cheerflow. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps me attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received, thoughtful bags will send out your original purchase out to you free of charge!

Package sent back? This happened due to an insuffient address, when filing out at check out you must include your FULL address, and dont forget your house/apt/unit/etc. To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to sender, there is an additional shipping fee.

thoughtful bags is not responsible for insuffcient addresses submitted by the consumer!

  • If the Address Mistake was made before a comsumer reiceves their confirmination email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting thoughtful bags. The consumer has 1-2 days to reach out, otherwise, there is no further actions that can be done to resolve the issue.
